Terms of Use
These terms explain how PayNest works and what we expect from you. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them carefully. If something is not clear, write to us at rahul.da.cyber.master@gmail.com.
1. What PayNest is
PayNest is a digital wallet that holds a balance in US dollars (USD). You can send money to other PayNest wallets, cash out to bKash, Nagad or Binance, and recharge Bangladeshi mobile numbers. PayNest is not a bank, and your balance does not earn interest.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give your real name, your own mobile number and your own Gmail address.
- Every new account is checked and approved by an admin before it can be used. We may ask for an identity document (NID or passport) or, for merchants, a trade licence.
- We can refuse, suspend or close an account, for example if the details are false, the account is used for fraud, or the law requires it. When we do, we tell you the reason where we can.
- One person or business may hold one account unless we agree otherwise.
3. Keeping your account safe
- Your 5-digit PIN is private. Never share it or the codes we send you, not even with someone who says they work for PayNest. We will never ask for them.
- Logging in on a new device needs a one-time code. After too many wrong PINs, login is locked for a short time.
- You are responsible for what happens with your PIN and devices. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
4. Transfers, cash-outs and recharges
- Every transfer, cash-out and recharge is reviewed by an admin. The amount leaves your available balance when you submit it, and is completed, paid, or returned to you after the review.
- Fees and exchange rates are always shown before you confirm. What you see on the confirm screen is what you pay. Cash-outs to bKash or Nagad are paid in taka at the rate shown; Binance cash-outs are paid in USDT.
- Check the wallet number, mobile number or address before you confirm. A payment sent to the wrong details may not be recoverable.
- Limits apply per transaction and per day. They are shown in the app and can change.
5. The 30-minute report window
Money you receive from another wallet is locked for 30 minutes. During that time the sender can report the transfer (for example, if it was sent by mistake or as part of a scam). While a report is open, that amount stays on hold. An admin looks at the report and either releases the money or returns it to the sender. After 30 minutes without a report, the money is yours to use.
6. Things you must not do
- Use PayNest for fraud, scams, money laundering, gambling, or anything illegal in Bangladesh or where you live.
- Open accounts with someone else's details, or let others use your account.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
If we find any of this, we can hold the money involved, close the account and, where required, report it to the authorities.
7. Mistakes and disputes
If you think something went wrong with a payment, contact us as soon as possible at rahul.da.cyber.master@gmail.com with the transaction ID. We will look into it and reply. If we made a mistake, we will correct your balance.
8. Service availability
We work to keep PayNest running, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a partner (bKash, Nagad, Binance, mobile operators) has problems. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control.
9. Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be paid out to you after the usual checks, minus the normal cash-out fee.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using PayNest after a change, you accept the new terms.
